Flexible disposable adjustable with a BFE 98% filter for use with our cloth masks!
Our filter material is of the highest standard for respirator raw materials, it is generally used for surgical, medical, and labor-protection mask production. It is a Meltblown Non-Woven Fabric that meets BFE (Bacteria Filtration Efficiency) 98% and above, meaning that the fabric is rated to filter up to 98% of dust and airborne contaminants.
This also means that our fabric can be used to manufacture face masks or respirators to meet European standards for FFP1, FFP2, FFP3, and Canadian & USA standards for N95 and KN95.
Although our filters are not a medical device nor are they a substitute for an actual “N95 Respirator Mask” we are using the same material used in “N95 Respirator Mask” production to create our our cloth mask filters this makes our cloth masks the best on the market.
Our filter fabric is tested here in Canada for synthetic blood or liquid splatter penetration resistance (i.e. blood, droplets, liquid, or saliva from direct splatter).
